LED Furniture FAQs

Q: How do I book LED Furniture for my event?

Easy! Get in touch with us and one of our friendly team will put together a custom quote for you with a package discount if applicable.

Q: When do I need to pay, and how do I pay?

We require a deposit to confirm your event, and the balance is due prior to your event. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or Debit Card.

Q: Can you Deliver & Setup?

Yes! If desired, we can deliver (and even setup if required) - get in touch with the details and we can quote. Our drivers will demonstrate how the equipment works on delivery.

Q: Which areas do you cover?

We regularly cover the whole of the UK from our Bedford/MK base, and have taken our kit to Scotland & Northern Ireland in the past. Our kit has also been seen on events in Rome, Paris & Berlin in the past. Most commonly we cover London, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire and surrounding regions.

Q: Can I collect?

Yes! Our Warehouse is open Monday > Friday from 9:30am to 5pm and items can be collected and returned during this time. Out of Hours Warehouse opening is also possible for a small fee. Our warehouse team will demonstrate the equipment to you when you collect.

Q: What are your office hours?

Our Office is open Monday - Friday from 9am to 5:30pm to answer any questions you may have.

Q: What is ID Requirements?

We'll require Photo ID & Proof of Address in the name of the hirer on delivery/collection.

Q: How does the furniture work? Is it easy to use?

Every item is dispatched cleaned, charged and tested - ensuring it works for your event! Every item is supplied with a Remote & PSU - using the remote you can easily select the colour, brightness or a pattern program.

Q: How many colours can they be set to?

The furniture can be set to any one of 16 colours, or a number of smooth and fast colour fade programs.

Q: How do they work?

Every item has a built in battery pack and LED light unit, allowing the furniture to illuminate. The remote allows ease of use to select colour or fade program.

Q: Where can I buy LED Furniture?

As well as hire, we regularly sell LED Furniture - get in touch for a quote. Occasionally we also have some ex-rental furniture for sale.

Q: How long does the battery last?

Every item is supplied fully charged, and depending on the item this will give you 6-14 hours run time. When plugged in the items will run indefinately on mains power.

Q: Deposits & Refunds

We are take a deposit to secure booking; the balance is before the hire. Deposits are transferrable for upto a year but are not refundable. A deposit secures your date and booking and holds the equipment for your hire.
